Charlotte has a wide range of experience in policy analysis, development and delivery from a 20-year career in energy. She has established strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in the public and energy sector across the UK. She has held a range of renewable electricity, energy efficiency, heat and fuel poverty policy roles in Welsh Government. Charlotte has also worked for the Energy Saving Trust, Association for Conservation of Energy, and is currently a Senior Strategy Manager at Ofgem. Charlotte holds a Masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London.
